All the chairs that are in stock are offered w/power recline in BLACK and CHOCOLATE BROWN bonded leather/vinyl combo or leather/vinyl combo. Since the chairs are sold on first come first serve basis and the inventory constantly changes please check for your specific configuration availability and shipping cost.

While Berkline does not offer the buttkicker option on the imported groups, we do. We install the advanced BK4-LFE buttkickers and between 8 to 12 isolators w/plastic cups per chair (so the chairs can be easily moved on the carpet). The isolators decouple the chairs from the floor damping all the vibrations that come from the buttkickers and eliminating undesirable resonance effects. Ask us about this option if interested...

When requesting a quote please provide the following information:

1. Berkline Cinema style group (see all style groups here)
2. Number of chairs and desired configuration.
3. Preferred covering (on domestic groups only - fabric, leather/vinyl combo, all leather)
4. Zip code / state you are in for shipping charges.
5. Your forum username.

The cover options:

The domestic group chairs can be ordered in fabric, bonded leather/vinyl combo, leather/vinyl combo or all leather. There are 4 fabric groups: 1, 2, 3 and X and 4 leather groups. The better fabric/leather grade is, the higher price group it belongs to. Each fabric/leather swatch has a pattern number (determines the price group). Each swatch also has multiple colors (some only have one color), and each color has a number. We have large fabric and leather selection.

Promotions:

1. Berkline 45090 in leather/vinyl only 7049 colors 29 BLACK, 77 RED, 83 BROWN (group 1 leather)

The delivery time for the customer orders is 4-6 weeks after the order is placed with the Berkline. The orders with promotional fabric/leather can take longer depending on the cover availability and production cycle at the factory.

Manufacturer Warranty:

1 year on the cover, power recline, electronics, labor
3 years on cushions
lifetime warranty on springs, construction and reclining mechanism.

All problems with the chairs should be reported by contacting us at sales@rtheaters.com or by phone 732 617-2348. We will order replacement parts. Some of the parts are easy to replace, so you can do it yourself. If you cannot or do not wish to do so, we will provide you with the several furniture repair shop phone numbers. You will be able to call them and set up an appointment for the warranty repair.

Payment methods and the ordering procedure

Full payment is required before the chairs in stock are shipped or custom order is placed. We accept certified bank check, personal check, wire transfer and PayPal. Additional charges may apply for none cash payments. The chairs ship or the customer order is placed the same day we receive the funds (personal check needs to clear - usually takes a day or two).

Before you send any payment we will generate an invoice and email/fax it to you for verification and final approval. In order to complete the invoice we require the following information:

1. Full name,

2. Shipping address,

3. Daytime phone number

4. Preferred payment method.

You will have to verify that everything is according to your order and then send a payment.

All Berkline Cinema Style Group recliners are wallaway (only need 3"- 4" behind the chair) with a manual recline (push button) mechanism. The motorized option is available on all Berkline style groups. A factory installed buttkicker option is also available except for the 45004, 45032, 45034, 45086, 45088 style groups, where mini buttkickers are used. The Berkline does not offer the buttkicker option on the imported groups (the ones that start with "1"), but we offring this option and install the advanced BK4-LFE along with the isolators before shipping the chairs for those who are iterested.

If you planning to have several rows of seating, make sure you are building at least 6 foot deep platform for a straight configuration (even more for curved one) to allow for a full recline.
